Windows XP through Windows 7 should behave correctly, although I’ve only tested and/or developed on Windows 7 (64 bit) and XP SP3.
As a secondary development platform, this version is a little behind the Mac version. Due to my dissatisfaction with the .Net Windows graphics implementation, I have, for now, dropped development for this version and will probably focus on the OpenGl version if I return to Windows development.
